Something isn't working

Tell us what you were doing and what happened instead. The details that help most:

• Where you were playing: the website, the iPhone or iPad app, or the Android app, and which browser or phone.
• Which board: the level number, or the date of the daily puzzle.
• A screenshot, if the problem is something you can see.

Every daily board is the same for everyone and every level is the same on every device, so a level number or a date is usually enough for us to open the exact board you had in front of you.

Your data

The game keeps no accounts and asks for nothing, but if you have a question or a request about the little data that does move, the privacy policy explains what it is, and the same address handles requests about it.
